Iranian struggle for freedom takes centre stage at Berlinale 2023
Iran has been a key theme at this year's Berlin Film Festival is the situation inside Iran as interpreted by a selection of the country's filmmakers. There are films, which look at aspects of life since the Islamic Revolution and the historical conflict between Iran and Iraq. Others examine what happens to those taken into custody.
