Jackson water crisis: Residents blame legacy of racism

In the southern US, people in Jackson, Mississippi, are facing an unprecedented water crisis. More than 160,000 residents in the city have run out of safe drinking water. The government is distributing bottled water, but there is not enough to supply the entire city.
