Turkey elections: Erdogan and opposition hold duelling rallies
Rival political rallies have been held in Turkey – with one week of campaigning left before the country votes in presidential and parliamentary elections. President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is facing his toughest challenge since coming to power two decades ago. His rally was in the southern city of Mersin while The main opposition bloc held a rally in Istanbul. His opposition alliance it has pledged to undo many of Erdogan's policies.
