The southern Ukrainian city of Nikopol and a nearby town along the Dnieper river were struck by multiple rocket launchers overnight Tuesday. the shelling damaged dozens of residential buildings and power lines, and in the neighboring towns of Marhanets and Chervonohryhorivka, the Russian attacks cut power supplies to thousands of people.
