Belgium’s envoy to DR Congo urges it to refer: Rwanda to ICJ over alleged support for m23 rebels
The Democratic Republic of Congo has been urged to file a complaint against Rwanda at the International Court of Justice. The Belgian ambassador to the country accused Rwanda of failing to respect the DRC's borders and for providing support to M23 rebels.
