Chile referendum: Right-wing to dominate Constitutional Council

With more than 95 percent of the votes counted, the right-wing Republican Party is all set to dominate Chile's Constitutional Council as it grabbed the maximum seats in the recently held election. The new body will begin drafting a replacement constitution for the South American nation in June.
