DR Congo eastern conflict: Dozens of militia fighters surrender



Dozens of militia fighters in the Democratic Republic of the Congo have laid down their weapons and surrendered to the authorities. They are the first to do so since President Felix Tshisekedi announced a “state of siege” last month to stop escalating violence in two eastern provinces.
