Hundreds of Brazilians call for President Bolsonaro’s impeachment

Several hundred Brazilians have called for President Jair Bolsonaro to be impeached. The right-wing leader is trailing former President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva by nine percentage points in recent polls. Elections are due to take place in October 2022. Bolsonaro has railed repeatedly against Congress and the Supreme Court, which he says are trying to take him down.
