ICC issues Putin arrest warrant on Ukraine war crime allegations

The International Criminal Court has issued an arrest warrant for Russian president Vladimir Putin. Along with Russia's Commissioner for Children's Rights, Maria Lvova-Belova, Putin is charged with taking children from orphanages in Ukraine. Many have already been adopted in Russia. United States president Joe Biden has called the decision justified. The Kremlin says it is 'null and void.' Al Jazeera’s Diplomatic Editor, James Bays, has more from the United Nations, New York.
