It’s holiday season in China as close to one and a half billion people celebrate Lunar New Year. China’s leaders are hoping they’ll be going on a spending spree to give a much needed boost to the world’s second largest economy. Al Jazeera’s Barnaby Lo reports from Beijing, China.
