Pro-Putin party heads for Russian parliamentary election win
Polls have closed across Russia, after a third and final day of parliamentary elections. Early results show United Russia, which backs President Vladimir Putin, has the most votes, with 38 percent. Most Kremlin critics were barred from running after a year of crackdowns.
