France court of appeal rules against Lafarge in Syria war charges
France's top criminal court of appeal has ruled against one of the country's largest companies for its role in the Syrian war. Cement-maker Lafarge continued to operate in northern Syria between 2012 and 2014 – despite the threat of armed groups, including the ISIL (ISIS) group, in the region. It's also accused of being complicit in crimes against humanity and so-called "terror financing". – Follow us on Twitter: https://twitter.com/AJEnglish/ – Find us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/aljazeera/ – Check our website: https://www.aljazeera.com/
